1. Eligibility for returns and exchanges
The item must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
If the item includes a free promotional product, it must also be returned.

3. Return process

Prepare the return: Ensure the item is unused, tagged, and in original packaging. Use a trackable courier if possible.
Ship the item: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Processing: Returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Contact us with your order number and desired replacement (size/color).
Return the original item following the return instructions.
Exchange shipping fees apply based on your location.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and issue details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
